michael.friess.org is a personal website published by Michael Friess. This site is a subdomain of friess.org, our family-oriented website.

I am a software architect on user interfaces for BPM with interest in UX, mobile and social, as well as a member of a multi-cultural family and father of a wonder-ful daughter. For more details about my professional life see my biography.

I have been familiar with the Internet since the early 90s and started using the web in its very early days. Nevertheless it took me quite long to start creating my own virtual place. Meanwhile this is the third incarnation of my web home. Though it still lacks a lot of the original content which needs manual conversion from plain HTML pages to Drupal nodes.

This site runs on Drupal, Apache HTTP Server and Ubuntu Server.
